Block 3: Sewing Directions, Putting It All Together
Ta da! Here's the final product. Don't you love it?
This quilt is put together on the diagonal so you need to start at one corner and work in diagonal rows. What works for me is to lay everything out first and then start sewing—but use whatever system works best for you!
The finished size should be about 52-3/4" by 62-1/2".
If you'd like to make the quilt larger, you can add some borders. Don't forget, when you cut your binding, to label it and put it safely away so that you don't use it for a different project!
